3. Confirm your access

When you log in, you will receive a one-time code by email, which you must enter to access your order history. In some cases, you may also be asked to confirm your access with your phone number, which is also the one you used for the order.

4. Select the order you wish to return

Once logged in, you will find the relevant order under your order history.

5. Select reason for return

Indicate the appropriate reason for the return from the options displayed.

6. Request return

Then click "Request return" to submit your inquiry.

Once your request is completed, you will receive further information about the process via email.
