Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have the tags attached, and be in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the CUSTOMER is responsible for the shipping costs for returns. We recommend standard shipping with GLS or Postnord

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damage and Issues
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

 

EU 14-Day Cancellation Period Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have the tag attached, and be in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll tell you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
